Wisebox Solutions has 25 years of experience developing equestrian focused software covering everything from non-profit membership, competition management, scoring, and results, to online classifieds and trail databases, to events and surveys, and now stable management with our launch of Stablebuzz

Our new online stable management solution caters to both riding lesson coaches and horse boarding stables. It provides free online directories to help coaches and stable owners get found, and a free online release form system to tackle one of the most cumbersome aspects of running an equestrian business. Those that fully subscribed to Stablebuzz gain access to event scheduling, tracking horses and facilities, and associating expenses with those and issuing invoices. Surveys help stables understand their customers and plan for the future, and your Buzz Site can help you collect positive customer comments and pictures that can be pushed to social media with just a click

Role Overview

Wisebox is looking to hire our first key sales and onboarding associate who will be completely dedicated to Stablebuzz. Our mission is to preserve and grow equestrian sport worldwide. We are looking for the right individual with the right experience and the right skill set to help stable owners and coaches modernize their business: to remain competitive against other sports and activities and to grow equestrian’s mindshare throughout society

What You Will be Doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor
  • Outbound calls to prospects to aid them in their journey to modernizing and/or simplifying their equestrian business, non-profit, or club
  • Providing guidance to existing users who need coaching in how to best utilize the tools Stablebuzz provides to grow their organization
  • Managing a prospecting pipeline using our built-in CRM and keep detailed notes on prospects
  • Actively follow up with all leads via phone, email, and social media as appropriate
  • Meet and exceed your quota target objectives

Qualifications/Experience

  • You are an engaging person with a professional personality who understands horse people
  • You have experience working at or volunteering at an equestrian stable; preferably experience managing one
  • You are very organized and have a willingness to learn
  • You have strong communication skills and a great attitude; willing to take on new challenges
  • You have a personal conviction to do very your best to empower everyone involved to do their best to preserve and grow equestrian sport
