Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Sales Development representative to join our Sales Team. You will be working closely with the Sales Manager and be responsible for developing and qualifying sales opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and act as a trusted adviser
  • Outbound calls to potential clients to support the sales team
  • On-going market research, lead management and qualification, email marketing and database prospecting
  • Manage a prospecting pipeline using our CRM system and keep detailed notes on prospects
  • Actively follow up phone and email leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Meet and exceed your annual quota target objectives

Qualifications/Experience

  • You are very organized and have a willingness to learn
  • You have strong communication skills and a great attitude; willing to take on new challenges
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a direct sales environment
